Refund & Cancellation

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official customer support channels.

Cancellation Charges:

More than 30 days before departure: 20% cancellation charges

15 to 30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations according to the cancellation terms mentioned above.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

No-show by the traveler

Last-minute cancellations

Natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances beyond company control

3. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after cancellation approval.

The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method used during booking.
